1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to ready to wear, made-to-order and made-to-measure orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Twelve19styles, (hereinafter referred to as “Twelve19styles”, “us” or “we”) accordingly.
1.2 By using www.Twelve19styles.com and/or placing an order with Twelve19styles, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
1.3 We reserve the right to alter and change the Terms occasionally. Changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon publication on this website. Your continued use of the website following such publication will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the Terms as amended. It is your responsibility to be aware of these Terms as they may be altered.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will contact you to either refund or exchange the item.
You are obliged to submit a correct email address and to inform us if your email address changes. Please note that Twelve19styles reserves the right to send payment requests to your email address.
We will aim to deliver your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order confirmation. Standard delivery is free for all orders in the Uk and Nigeria.
As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and tracking number.
International shipping will be available, but additional charges will be incurred. You will be responsible for any additional customs charges at the point of delivery.
Should you change your mind for any of our ready-to-wear products, we may be able to accept cancellations as long as you contact us before your order is shipped. Please contact our Customer Service team email@example.com as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund, which may take up to 10 business days to go through, depending on your bank.
The following information applies to what Twelve19styles deems acceptable as regards to returning or exchanging a ready-to-wear product:
1. The product(s) must be returned within 14 days of delivery to you.
2. The product(s) must be returned in its original condition. This means the item should not have any fragrance or make-up residue and must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on).
3. All tags must be intact on all returned merchandise.
4. Sale items are not eligible for return.
If the products(s) do not meet this standard, the item will be returned back to you without a refund or exchange.
Please note that before sending any product(s) back, you must contact Twelve19styles through our website, email or social media to request a return. We will send a form to attach to your return package to let us know the reason for return.
The return shipping fee is borne by the customer wishing to return the merchandise. Please retain your returns tracking number for your security as Twelve19styles are not accountable for any packages lost in transit.
The return/exchange will not be actioned until we have received the package and assessed it based on the returns criteria.
Payment of the price quoted shall be made in full upon the date of the order.
Due to the uniqueness of every garment, it is not possible to guarantee that the finished item(s), especially those with distressed finishes, will have exactly the same colour, pattern, weave and finish as the item viewed either in person or online.
If you are not satisfied with the quality or fit of the ordered item(s), Twelve19styles will, after inspection of the goods, follow a policy of repair or replace and refund if applicable.
Twelve19styles warrants that the garment description will correspond with the description indicated and agreed on the confirmed order form.
A tolerance of 2inchies to the total circumference may be applied to the pattern measurements that relate to the manual measurements. Alec Xavier Studios will alter garments with no charge if any of the pattern measurements that relate to the manual measurements is incorrect by more than 2inches.
In the unlikely event that a manufacturing error has occurred, Twelve19styles will follow our repair, replace or refund policy as outlined. We will require you to return the garment to us for inspection. Twelve19styles are not liable for defects resulting from a customer not following our care instructions.
Twelve19styles will make each garment according to measurements taken at your appointment or provided to us at the time of placing your order. Twelve19styles shall not be held liable for any size variations due to weight gain or loss.
Once an order is finalised and confirmed it cannot be cancelled upon the commencement of the manufacturing process. In the circumstance where the order consists of multiple garments, the start of the manufacturing process commences with the first suit.
Any agreement to cancel is at the discretion of Twelve19styles.
Any changes must be made to an order within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Making a change within the 24 hours of placing the order does not guarantee that a change can be made.
Twelve19styles cannot accept returns on the basis of a change of heart on the part of a customer. Neither can we accept returns where the customer requests a change to an existing order and we cannot fulfil that change. In the event of a dispute between the customer and Twelve19styles over the details of the order, the details on the original order is taken as the final order.
As Made-To-Measure and Bespoke Service goods are custom-made, they can neither be returned nor refunded, and the standard 14 day refund policy does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights and does not apply to faulty goods.
Requests for returns or refunds of faulty goods must initially be supported by proof of purchase.
In the case of refund, the client will be eligible for a full refund less the cost of any shipping costs previously incurred as these are considered complete at that point. Twelve19styles retains full discretion on whether a product is deemed faulty or not.
Orders will only be refunded by the original method of payment less the cost of any credit card fees.
Turnaround and dispatch of orders may vary depending on fabric availability. All indicated turnaround times are estimated and Twelve19styles will endeavour to meet as close as possible the average turnaround time of between 6and 8 weeks.
Twelve19styles will not be responsible for delays resulting from situations within the customer control, such as the recipient not being available to accept delivery, or incorrect delivery details supplied.
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.
Promotion codes are only those announced by Twelve19styles, whether it may be on our Website or social media pages.
Any codes in relation to promotion or shipping are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
Any refunds provided in relation to goods purchased using promotional codes will be equivalent to the discounted purchase price and not the normal retail price.
Only one promotional code per customer can be used.
An Twelve19styles gift card can be exchanged for goods available on-line, Made-4-Order and Made-To-Measure service.
Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
If goods purchased total less than the value of the gift voucher, any balance will be left as a credit on the customers account and can be redeemed against subsequent orders.
If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.

Standard production time is 6 to 8 weeks from payment. For weddings or special occasions, we suggest placing your order no later than 2 months before wedding date. Fabric availability could change production times. It is best to start early to avoid any possible delays.
Yes, we offer express service. Fabric selections may be limited based on the timeframe.
Orders expected to deliver within 3-6 weeks will be charged an additional 35%
Orders needed in less than 3 weeks will be charged an additional 50%
Orders requiring completion within 1 week will be charged an additional 75%.
Upon the initial meeting we will discuss fabric (color, composition, etc.) Clients will peruse our selection of over 1,000 in-house fabrics with access to many more. Once fabric is selected, we will start the design process. Once we have made selections for your garment(s), we will do a thorough assessment of your measurements taking over 20 measurements to ensure best overall fit. We aim to to execute a sleek, effortless look and fit that compliments your body and style.
Alterations are covered in the price. Once your garment is ready, you will be prompted to schedule a fitting. At this initial fitting, we will address any minor alterations needed. Most alterations will be completed within the 2 weeks.
Full payment is required to start production. As an alternative, an invoice may be sent for the client to pay in increments. Please be aware that production on the garment will only begin once invoice is paid in full.
